Israel : 17% ( VAT payment ) + 83% ( Tax ) ?

Turkey : 18% ( VAT payment ) + 160% ( Tax for over 4400cc )
Italy : 22%
Belgium and Netherlands : 21%
France : 20%
UK : 20%
Germany : 19%
Russia 18%
Switzerland :8%

so if the car's worth is €100.000 over 4400 cc , it would be calculated as fallows in Turkey

Tax on the car : 100.000 x 18% = 18.000
The car value + VAT payment = €118.000
The tax : 118.000 x 160% = 188.880
Total = 100.000 + 188.880 = €288.800
