  6. Для автоматического присвоения ГРЗ (в т.ч. выбывших по утилизации) нужно всего лишь ПО для работы с базой, а не какие-то технологии. А для изготовления (штамповки и окраски) ГРЗ нужно оборудование, которое придётся приобретать дилерам. Нынешним производителям ГРЗ останется только наклеивать светоотражайку на алюминиевую ленту и нарезать из неё заготовки.

    Ты бы не позорился, а спокойно добавил бы фото в ЦФБ. Регион обозначен первыми двумя буквами.
  8. Полагаю, что если владелец сменит место жительства, номера не надо будет менять.
  9. Сиё нововведение касается только регистрации новых ТС. А при продаже б/у никто не будет обязывать менять номера; смена номера будет только добровольной.
  10. На Агрессоре самая верхняя серия - С...РМ и... единичный номер с001рн. Закупка - майская, срок исполнения контракта - до конца ноября. Новее пока ничего нет.
  11. Видимо, закупили спецпродукцию до осени следующего года (а точнее, до августа, когда хотят принять новый стандарт и прекратить выдачу готовых номеров).
  12. Надпись на табличке свидетельствует о том, что фото сделано в 30-е, а не в 40-е годы. На ней по-азербайджански, на пантюркском яналифе написано "TIBBI JARDЬM ƟVDƏ", что означает "медицинская помощь". На кириллице то же самое будет "ТИББИ ЈАРДЫМ ӨВДӘ", а на нынешней турецкоподобной латинице - "TİBBİ YARDIM ÖVDƏ".

  19. Причина переноса даты введения нового ГОСТа состоит в том, что 4 августа собираются принять новый закон "О регистрации транспортных средств". По этому закону ГИБДД больше не будет заказывать и выдавать номера, а только присваивать комбинации символов, тогда как владельцы ТС будут заказывать готовые пластины на стороне, в частных конторах. Вот как раз под это дело и хотят принять новый ГОСТ с номерами американского размера, чтобы владельцы сами заказывали пластины этого размера для американских и японских авто.
